United was founded in 2025 by brothers Josh and Dave, who bring a combined 19 years of experience in civil construction and excavation services across the forestry and construction industries. Having spent their careers working on demanding job sites and large-scale projects, they developed a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver safe, efficient, and dependable site development.

For years, Josh and Dave shared a vision of building a company rooted in hard work, integrity, and pride in craftsmanship. After gaining hands-on experience in land clearing, site preparation, and construction operations, they decided to take the leap and turn a lifelong goal into reality. United Site Development represents that commitment—to build something of their own and to do the work the right way.

As owners, both brothers remain directly involved in day-to-day operations, ensuring every project meets the standards they built their careers on.
